Each member of our professional staff is NYS licensed and continually trained in the most advanced spa treatments and skin therapy. Day packages are available and we will be happy to customize a package to meet your specific needs. Along with our spa services we do offer a wide range of fitness programs including Zumba, Rhythmology, Yoga, and Reiki.

Reservations
When making a reservation a valid credit card is required (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) to hold treatment or your runaway. Walk-Ins are welcome if schedule permits.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in your spa service. For your convenience we can add a gratuity to your total. Additional tips are also accepted and envelopes are provided at the Spa Concierge’s desk.
Check-In
Marose Spa wants you to be able to experience your treatments relaxed and calm, so please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check-in, change, and relax before your treatment. Remember that late appointments will result in loss of time for your services and you will still be charged the full amount.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel an appointment, we require a 24-hour notice for a single service. If your appointment includes multiple services, is a group/spa package we require 72-hour notice. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will result in full charge for services. If this is your first time please allow additional time to fill out your client form.
Payment
Payment is made at the end of your treatment at the front desk. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please no personal checks. If you are purchasing a series of treatments or runaways, payment of the entire series is due when scheduled. All prices and services are subject to change.

In order for our guests to experience the full relaxation, please turn off your cell phone when entering the spa environment. If there is an emergency we ask that you take the call in the reception area or outside.
What To Bring
Marose Spa asks that you bring your body ready to be rejuvenated and fulfilled. We provide robes and slippers, complimentary herbal tea, water and light snacks will be served throughout the day and everything needed to relax. Specialty lunch will be served with all packages upon request for an additional charge. Although we are not responsible for jewelry and other valuables, we do provide bins in our changing rooms for you to place your personal belongings. Disposable underwear is provided for appropriate treatments.
Children
Yes, we love children…but when you come to Marose Spa you come to relax and “run away” from the daily routine. So, please keep your children at home unless they are receiving a service with you.
Any sexual conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate ending of treatment. Payment for treatment will not be refunded.
